Kohila Vineer OÜ is the successor of the renowned Luther furniture and plywood factory and a subsidiary of the Latvijas Finieris group. We are the largest employer in Raplamaa, providing jobs for 230 people. We use only Estonian birch as raw material and process the supplied wood into high-quality plywood products bearing the RIGA logo. Our largest factory building is simultaneously the largest wooden building in Estonia, covering 18,000 square meters and relying on locally made wooden structural components. Come see for yourself!

Operator
Your task is to monitor and operate wood processing machines, ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the machines, oversee the quality of the work process, and make necessary adjustments.
Forklift driver
You are responsible for maintaining the forklift, operating it, loading and unloading materials onto production lines, issuing and receiving goods, and checking documents.
Technician
Your daily tasks include setting up lines and components, participating in improvement projects, and maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment.
